We have owned six Airstreams & have a wide experience with dealerships & service providers, including the Airstream Service Centre in Jackson Ctr., OH. Attention to Detail & Consciousness are the values they live by! Paul & Ann expect the same level of work ethic from their team of technicians as from sub-contractors (Flooring mechanics, Upholstery fabricators, frame & axle fabrication). If there is a mistake or flaw (so who’s perfect?) I have known them to travel several hundred miles to do an on-site correction of the problem. This quality of Customer Care is absolutely unknown from the vast majority of dealerships! Customer Guidance: Plan Ahead; Allow reasonable time for completion of the work; Clearly communicate your expectations, etc. You get what you pay for... consider what’s really important.
