They even called me to inform of any issues that they felt like needed to be brought to my attention. "Set an appointment to get Treadmill serviced in Tyler. Leah was very nice on the phone ..150.00 service charge as well as 162.00 travel charge since they were in Joshua . Said that the repair guy had to drive 2 hours to Tyler and they were the only ones that had repair service in Tyler. Tech was unable to fix the SOLE treadmill which had hardly been used and ordered a part that was backorder. Also said that he lived in Tyler . I also was told he would email a receipt which I still don’t have. Paid over $300.00 and he was there 1 hour. When we called to say that there should not be a charge for Travel time since he was already in Tyler…were told tuff luck! That they were still charging for travel….. Boy, what a fraud"

"Keith the technician was very fast and efficient and professional diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly . It was a little bit more than I wanted to spend and took a little bit longer for parts and scheduling than I had wanted but they did do their best to fit Us in on short notice and I would certainly recommend them and use them again as they are very compatent and knowledgeable."
