"My three year old dog has attended doggy daycare since he was a puppy and has attended this location since they first opened with no problems. Last Friday he attended daycare and when I got home he went straight to bed as he was tired. Saturday it was a busy day and he was pretty much was asleep the morning and afternoon. It was not until the evening that we noticed something was wrong. My dog was hurt at PetSuites Addison and no one from the facility notified me of any incident or injuries. My dog now has a gashes on his face, neck, and stomach. At first we didn't noticed all his wounds as he has medium length dark fur which made it difficult for us to notice his wounds right away. When we finally noticed he was not bleeding but he had a raw scratch on his stomach and raw looking gash on his cheek bone. We shook him to an urgent care as soon as they opened Sunday morning. They took care or his wounds and shaved his affected areas. That's were we learn he also had wounds on his neck. They took care or his wounds and gave us instructions to keep areas clean and antibiotics for 14 days.We also reported this to PetSuites Sunday morning. We are extremely upset with PetSuites taking no accountability, no call or report about it when I picked him up. Have requested a call from management and we have not received a call back with a reasonable explanation. We have made the Petsuites team know and Laura Bechtol, General Manager has not been bothered enoughto returned the call. No one from the team has yet to contact us which is very concerning as they are proving to not care or even investigate the safety of the pets. At the moment we can just assume they are being dishonest and not wanting to take any responsibility. It is so frustrating we trusted PetSuites Addison and they don't seemed to have any concerns."

"Yesterday 1/25 was my puppy’s first day for puppy preschool at PetSuites. The facility was clean and staff were very friendly. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I dropped him off around 9AM and gave one of the staff my puppy’s lunch so he can be fed later during the day but I was surprised to find out that he didn’t get fed lunch when I picked him up around almost 5PM because they gave me back his lunch untouched. I’m not sure what happened why he didn’t get fed lunch yesterday but I was quite disappointed about this and felt really bad for my pup. I’m still going to give PetSuites a chance for my puppy but I seriously hope this doesn’t happen again and my pup will not be forgotten to be fed on time with his own lunch from home. Other than that, it looked like my puppy had a great first day of preschool and he was already tired/sleepy when I picked him up after all the play and socializing with other babies like him. I also really like that they have a paw-gress report during each stay. Please just don’t forget to feed my puppy Jacques on time the next time he’s there to play."

"I can't even express how much I love this place and the people who work here. I have 2 dogs - one is a social butterfly and the other who has never met a stranger he liked. And yet, they both LOVE to come here for day care and boarding. The staff takes the time to get to know my dogs, and new staff is willing to put in the time (and treats) to let my stranger-danger dog get to know and love them. I wholeheartedly recommend PetSuites - they're amazing, and they demonstrate their care and big hearts every time we're there."

"Definitely plan to use PetSuites again! I loved having access to not only play area cameras but also her room camera (upgraded boarding option). I felt so much more at ease seeing how well she was doing and the daily paw-guess reports were also great for easing my anxiety in leaving my dog in boarding for travel. Facilities were clean and well kept too!"
