"It's always a pleasure, and my pups love the service, too!"
"As always, service was excellent. Diane always does a great job on our Westie."
"We’ve been to 4 different groomers for our Bishon since moving here a year ago. This place did an absolutely stunning job on her. She came out perfect. The staff was friendly and respectful and we will definitely be coming back."
"We were worried we would trim our bunnies nails too short so we took her to D’z for trimming and she took great care of our family pet, she did a great job and got us in pretty quickly. Very sweet owner who treats all the pets there like family. We highly recommend this place!"
"Super friendly, alright grooming. We talked about what a shave down meant for our dog, he came back with shaves very very close to his skin (see picture for reference) he has been itching all day & is clearly irritated. they also did not provide water in the 100 degree heat. Super friendly staff, not too satisfied, I would recommend mobile groomers. NEW: response to Dz : My two daughters picked up the dog in the car. It was not by walking. Both have very long hair neither is a male. i’m glad you have an air conditioned facility, but my dog panting the whole time & drinking a whole bowl of water after shows that he did not receive the best care. please do not lie so that others skip past it thinking it is safe to bring their dogs. need i remind you, a male was there at the pick up, not the owner. if water was kept, was it ever shown to the dog?? maybe that’s your issue. i really wanted to leave this be but do not accuse me of lying. your professionalism is lacking. i would never bring another animal to you again. even if it is 70 degrees, your heart is a lot colder. i hope everyone is aware of your mistreatment to customers & their OWNERS. i am happy to show pictures of razor burn, nicks, & cuts all along my dogs skin. for accusing me, you lost another star. clearly you don’t know your customers. duke is an irish setter. you obviously have issues with many customers & can’t keep them happy or separated. learn from apparently BOTH mistakes. best of luck in your business."
