"I took in my tower to have it updated on Saturday morning and they said it would take till next Saturday! So, OK, I'm sure they have other things pending! But they set us up for 11AM, on Saturday and tell us it's not ready! They had all damn week to call, text or email!! So we're told to come back at 3PM and I call and it's still not ready, which I didn't receive any notification not to drive 30min. again!! They're very knowledgeable and get it done, but call before you're appt. before you make the trip!!"
"Took in damaged rear glass iPhone xsmax and they took 2 days to approve claim for some reason, that worst part is that the guy did not explain the process, he just charged me $107 to replace my iPhone. He seemed he was unhappy at his job, maybe he should look elsewhere. Next time please take the time to explain, educate your customers! And don't forget to smile, please."
"Honestly I have very high rates for this place. I walked in with an iPhone 7plus that I’d left aside. It was completely intact but somehow it just didn’t work. They actually tried to do all that was possible to fix it but it had something to do with the motherboard. I also had a separate iPhone 7 Plus that was just a complete shattered screen and dented frame. They worked their magic and with both phones I was able to get one complete functional phone. The screen did start to act up but I took it back and they fixed it with no extra charge. I will tell you it was a very reasonable price for all the work that got done. I will recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again guys!!"
