"If I could give them no stars i would!!! I took my mom’s (small) dog for a cut and bath. When I dropped her off I clearly told the young lady about her ear problem… So her hair was not cut correctly and she was dirty! No bath, but they did charge me $47.90. Not only that, they hurt her ear. Before picking her up I called 2:20 PM and she told me she would be ready in 30 mins (which made me think they hadn’t started with her). I am not from the area, my mom is, and I had to pick up my kids from school at 3:15 in Mission. So when I get there 30 mins later she was finishing with her and straight off she told me she (the dog) hurt herself in the ear. I didn’t say anything because she was not bleeding anymore and I knew she could get hurt. So I quickly paid and left. On the line to pick my kids up I checked her and I noticed she smelled dirty, and her hair was cut so bad.. If she would have told me she’s not ready yet I could have waited, I am paying you for a service, which was NOT DONE CORRECTLY. I paid almost $50 for nothing. You can tell in the picture she did not get a bath because the area around her eyes is still dirty. And you can also see her hair cut is just bad! I called to ask if she had clean the dog and she said “yes but she did smell pretty strong” BS!!! She’s a small inside dog. She does not smell strong!! I hate writing a bad review but this was just wrong!"
