"i got balloons yesterday & it was about 53, 14 balloons are already in the floor. I payed over $110 dollars and i ordered my balloons online. I called one day and i asked the lady how much she would charge me for helium. She said foil balloons were free and the other ones about $2-3 dollars i believe. They charged me for foil balloons and the other balloons are already in the floor. I am disappointed. In my opinion i just think i wasted my money for something that didnt last for one day."

"Christina was phenomenal in assisting me with balloon decorations for a corporate retirement party (12/01/2023). I did not have an appointment, yet she came to the floor to help. She was professional, patient and keenly aware of color coordinating and ensuring the decorations were fun, balanced but not over-the-top. Had I attempted this on my own it would have been an unsightly mess. So impressed by her that I shared the experience with their corporate headquarters in New York. Thanks Christina for creating a wonderful visual ambience for our gathering. Your enthusiasm and expertise are an example for associates everywhere! I also appreciate that the balloons were not only delivered, but properly placed - I did not expect that extra touch! Fabulous experience!"

I showed up an hour before they closed and he was able to help me with no problem. This locations staff is friendly and I feel like they have a bigger selection than other local ones. Thanks!"
