"I wanted to send a balloon bouquet to my nephew for his 8th birthday for same day delivery. I went online & spent lots of time choosing what I wanted, which balloons, & picked out a Sonic Hedgehog animal to add to it also. I had trouble placing the order so I called the store & explained that I wanted to send something for same day delivery but was having trouble. Catherine answered & was very helpful & got someone to take care of me. Rob took over & saw that there was a problem placing the order. He placed the order for me. I gave him the list of everything that I wanted & how I wanted it. He took care of all of it. He was helpful, patient, friendly, & really seemed to care that he got the order just right. He was AMAZING!!! The delivery got there same day as promised & it was really GREAT!!! I am thrilled that I called them. Great delivery & service. I highly recommend them."
