"Horrible experience and no proper information. Took in a blue Samsung galaxy s20 FE to be fixed since I was assured they use the screens from Samsung. Got my phone back and the glass looks good but now the edge/casing of the phone is red, sim tray and back part are blue (original color). I was assured it would be “the same, with a screen from Samsung”. I believe the screen is from there and not aftermarket or lower quality but horrible experience that I was never told the phone would change color on the edges. Imagine taking in a blue phone for screen repair and getting back a red and blue phone without being informed. One thing is being told about it and being ok with it. Another is not being informed and paying $200 for this. No transparency on what they do and no proper information to the customer. Before you take your phone make sure to ask all the questions possible, even ask if by repairing the screen the phone will be another color."
