"Horrible customer service. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to get ONE balloon filled. They told me I’ll have to wait 30 minutes!!! For ONE balloon. There were about 7 people behind the counter at the time working. So when I was told it would take that long I said never mind I don’t want to make a purchase. however my card was STILL charged. Such a waste of my time. I called the store because I realized later that my card was charged and they told me that if it’s “pending” it won’t go through since I didn’t make the purchase. It still went through and they told me to come back so they can refund me the amount. So frustrating that without making a purchase they still charged me. And for one balloon fill up it would take so long. Do not go to this party city and waste your time."

"Great experience. Ordered balloons online that were going to be delivered when venue was not yet open. Talked with staff and management who handled the cancellation and rescheduled to deliver in perfect! Thank you!!!"

"Ordered 51 balloons for my friend. They were just delivered without the large “51” and deflated balloons. I called and they said they would send an Uber driver with the 51 and that they were sorry. I asked for a refund because he had already opened them and it’s a bit redundant now to send them when the balloons were already received and opened. Be careful buying balloons here. They won’t refund my money and I don’t want the 3 balloons that are missing after the fact. Biggest part of the gift “the numbers” and they just “forgot” to send them. So I’m out my $50 for 3 BALLOONS. Very poor customer service."

"Party City is horrible these days. They stopped taking phone orders for balloons, so you have to physically show up at the store and wait upwards of 45 minutes for your order. They claim you can order online, but their website is a joke and hasn't changed for the better since last year. You can't really pick any color you need, the ordering system is confusing at best (not to say broken). And the attached picture shows our hi-float less than 20 hours after we picked up - all the balloons are on the floor! In the previous years they lasted for weeks! So hi-float is just price bloat! Terrible. Someone please come up with a better service!!!"
