"ATTENTION!!!! This company stole money from our business. Over $35K!!!! Please do not use them. It's been 2 years - and they still did not install our septic system! The owner Wade Blake continues to make excuses 1. He is going through a divorce 2. His family has health issues 3. He can't hire workers | All we are asking for is our money back or completing the agreed upon contact. It's been over 2 years!!!!"

"We have had a LARGE down payment on a very crucial project that has still not taken place. We have been ready for this nightmare to be over. We are even happy to pay the final balance promptly after completion and still have seen very little action from JB on this main project. It has been over a year since they have cashed the check for this down payment and this is all the work we have seen. In the photos you will see multiple tanks sitting above ground that have been there for months, as well as a pile of gravel. A constant reminder when we drive by that the work has not been done. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. They may be prompt to send someone out to troubleshoot, but it never seems the problem is ultimately solved as we still have continued issues on what they work on."

"I hired JB to perform a septic system inspection on a home we were buying. Turns out they installed the septic system 25 years earlier. It has been working flawlessly ever since according to the seller, but it had never been pumped out. BAD IDEA! The inspection was fast, fair, thorough, and they cleaned up and reburied the tank lid when they were done. Will definitely use them again. BTW, pump your septic tank every 5 years. its cheap insurance to protect your expensive lateral field!"

"This company was recommended by my home Shield warranty. The company called me Friday March 29, 2019. When I originally spoke to them they told me that they would have to get documents from the county to be able to properly locate my septic tank because it is buried and would call me back on Monday April 1, 2019 to set an appointment. Monday April 1, 2019 rolls around and I hear nothing from them no phone calls no email. Tuesday morning April 2, 2019 I received a call from them stating that they came out on the Monday April 1st 2019 at 5pm and couldn’t locate our septic tank. For one why would the company do that and not call me back to make an appointment and just show up. When I was speaking to the company they kept giving me excuses and excuses on why they didn’t and that they couldn’t locate the septic tank and that I would have to pay from them to just locate the septic tank and extra cost. Then they said I did receive a call on Monday from someone which never happens. They also said the gentleman that came out had left paperwork on my door or somewhere outside of the residence because me and my wife were not home at the time. Which I never found to be anywhere near my residence or on my property. Very unprofessional company and they will argue with clients/customers."

"JB Wastewater has been my septic company for about 9 years. The office staff is normally attentive and patient, and very understanding of my issues and questions. The technicians are usually prompt and capable, although I have had a couple over- or under-enthusiastic people. Having said that, anytime I have a question about what the technicians are doing, I am treated with respect and get what I always feel is an honest, thorough response. I have every intention of keeping JB Wastewater on my list of go-to people. Thanks, folks!"
