"If I could give them 0 stars I would.. I brought my sons iPhone for a battery replacement, they replaced it and the touch screen wouldn’t work. They claimed that the screen never worked.. very unprofessional.. their work ethic is the worse.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. they’ll disappoint you!!"

"They told me phone would be fixed within a week and the phone was actually fixed within two weeks instead. Bigger messy hair guy there is really rude. He speaks badly about the customer in Spanish over the phone to his boss. When I received my phone back, it was missing the case I had on it. After several calls to see if they had the case they never found the case. Service was not worth the higher amount of money I was charged. Take your business elsewhere"

"They gave me the round around , they told me they would call me and they never did. They told me to show up at a certain hour and then They had me waiting for 1:40 min after that . They told me they don’t give receipts !! All this was after I Gave him half of the grand total. When I finally got the phone back he told me the volume buttons was not working, keep in mind the volume buttons was working when I handed him the phone..Since he had already fixed the problem I took it for I had to pay him the rest .. yet I took a phone home that wasn’t working 100 percent .. they charged me $240 .. he made me take a picture of the screen on his computer, because he said he does not give out receipts.. there was two young unprofessional kids running the show there .. take your business somewhere else people."

"Extremely unprofessional and disorganized shop. Couldn't get my phone fixed after two weeks of misplacing parts and not getting the right parts ordered in a timely manner. Kept getting the run around with a promise that it was gonna get fixed the following day which lasted more than 2 weeks. Finally decided to get my money back and the guy at the shop tried to short change me but it was a good thing i kept my receipt. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time, would recommend to stay away from these amateurs and take your business elsewhere where it will be appreciated!"
