"My boyfriend bought a tire from Sam’s in Crestwood tonight. They sold him the tire but did not put tire on his vehicle because they said they were too busy. He went home on the spare and new tire in his hatch. He had to put the new tire on his vehicle with his jack. It would have taken 5 minutes to put on tire. AWFUL! Jim’s too nice. You should ashamed of yourself."

"Went there to pick up a curbside order that I paid extra for and the app wasn't working. No big deal until I went inside and the lady at the door proceeded to yell a me like I'm a child doing something wrong for coming in the wrong door. I shouldn't have had come in period but what really made me upset was after the associates gave me my order she had people locking the doors around me and made a big scene like I was stealing. Forced me to talk to a manager and all I had some seasonings and dish soap not like it was a cart full of things it was so unnecessary and ridiculous. Do better Sams. When hiring associates you should care about their customer service. I was told while I as there this was a regular thing for this particular employee to do. Unacceptable"

"This Sams is always well stocked and is attentive. Almost every time I visit, their sample booths are running. Per usual, their store layout is optimized for fast shopping, and their scan and go feature makes checkout a breeze. It's a great place for a quick snack, too. My one complaint about this location is their cart supply. They are always running low on carts, and on occasion, I've had to back track to the parking lot to get one."

"The cafe in front is staffed by a bunch of lazy liars. Order pizza from the app as soon as I parked. Got my shopping done then went to pick up and they said they don't have enough dough to make whole pizzas to sell. Even though the rack behind the line where the toppings are where full of pizza pans with dough on the ready to be topped with toppings and baked. There was even a pizza in a box on top of the oven that the person refused to even look that it could be mine. Had to go to customer service for refund and wait 20 minutes there. Never again. Either fix the app to not accept orders or hire people that want to work."

"Sam’s club located at 10248 Big Bend Rd in St. Louis is a good place to shop in bulk. The location of this Sam’s club is very attractive as it’s right next to the highway. Their gas prices are good compared to nearby gas stations. I wish they would carry more organic products, especially fresh meats and fruits. This will make them comparable to Costco."
