"I just recently left legacy. But when I say this by far is the worst company to work for that’s exactly what i mean. The job part is easy they have a lot of down time so there will be a lot of days you will be standing around. They hire lazy people and the immigrants they brought in are hella lazy all they want to do is hide and be on their phones . The management team/stupidvisors are by far the worse. They don’t respect you, value you and very rude. Sherry is quick to fire people especially if she don’t like you. She will talk to you crazy and very disrespectful. She will talk to you like a child and her attitude stinks as well. Dan use to be cool but he just like the rest of them he has no clue to what’s going on and a big time procrastinator. The pay is terrible they don’t give raises. There was people 8 or more years working there no raise I was there 2 years and few months no raise at all. Also when you decide to leave that job putting in your two weeks is a nightmare they will treat you real bad all because you leaving. Which they made it uncomfortable finishing my two weeks which i wasn’t able to finish because supervisor Sherry was being rude and disrespectful towards me so of course I reacted because I refuse to be talk down too and disrespected. If you care about your peace and how you are being treated in a workplace this is definitely not the place to go at all. This is a job for high school or college kids that need a lil money cause that’s all it is. All everyone do around there is gossip and stay in everyone’s buisness that’s the type of job people come to work to make friends and hook up.You can’t grow in this company and when you do move up to a new position they will play you on your new pay rate. My experience working here was bad all the way around. I refuse to work for a company that has no respect for their employees. To be quite honest legacy needs to be shut down the place is a mess that’s why fda needs to show up and not tell them. That way they can see how bad they run that place. Leaving legacy was the best thing I ever did. I have never had a bad experience putting in my two weeks notice until I came to legacy. If you do decide to leave it’s no point in putting your two weeks in just leave because they are going to treat you bad your last days there. They told everyone if you need more money find you a new job or part time job that’s not something you tell your employees especially with the fact they can’t keep no workers and the turn over rate rediculous. They hire anybody and show a lot of favoritism to the people they like. This place has went all the way down the hill I honestly don’t see how they still open. The pay is not worth going through the stress and mess real talk!!"
"pay was great and the hours were perfect for me but the environment was a no go, everyone is a hypocrite especially higher ups on night shift , they did not want us to discuss our wages, new hires are being paid more.work at your own mental risk..if your the type to not let anyone talk to you crazy don't work here and they most def will lie on you"
"My cousin worked there, but got into accident. They wouldn't accommodate her as per doctor's restrictions. She just got her termination letter last Friday. Her injuries would mean she'll no longer be able to work."
"The job is not hard. It's just that people do too much sometimes. But for the most part, it's cool, tbh. They just need to get more organized and learn how to talk to ppl. We're all adults. No one needs to be spoken to like they are a child. Outside of that and the fact that they need to pay more and have more incentives, it's a decent job."
