"I'm very thankful we have a resource like this to provide friendly and helpful services. I was able to borrow a trap, capture a feral female cat, get her spayed, and return her to the wilds of Florence. The staff was excellent: smiles and welcoming."
"Staff and volunteers here are some of the most wonderful people. They all work hard to keep a clean home for these animals and to ensure they are fed and have medical care. Donations of food, cages, blankets etc are always welcome. When my baby passed away I donated to their facility. Website tells you what they need and how to donate. Also they are a no kill shelter. I will definitely adopt from them when my heart has healed from my baby. Update: November 2023, just finished volunteering for day at shelter. They always need help walking dogs, feeding both cats and dogs and more. It's so much fun. Where else can you get so much unconditional love? Nowhere! Here are a few dogs there waiting for a home."
"The staff took the time to really understand my personality and matched me with a dog that met what I was looking for. They knew all the dogs personalities and were spot on!! The dog names were kinda questionable but definitely a great team there. Thank you to all the staff that helped me and mad it a great experience for a 1st time adopter!!!"
"We went to adopt a kitten. Very clean in the cat area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We left with a sweet cuddly orange kitten. ❤️ His neuter is already scheduled for August at the shelter. Their veterinary staff also does vaccinations for your pet on specific days and times of the week. If you're looking to adopt or even foster a cat or dog, please visit this shelter. They are currently over double in capacity. They want to find good forever homes for these beautiful fur babies asap."
