"If I could give this company no stars I would. They do not even warrant one star. While one of their technicians was very nice and considerate, his boss and the staff they have working in the main office demonstrate the worst kind of customer service and compassion that I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They left us hanging for a day and a half in El Paso in 100° weather with no air conditioning & with no communication as to what the status was of the repairs that needed to be done. When we finally reached out to them at 2:30 in the afternoon, after waiting since 10 AM, and with multiple promises of being “on their way” and not showing up or calling, they informed us that it was “too late in the day to guarantee repairs would be done until the following day “. The second company that we called, immediately came out and assessed the problem correctly, contacted us multiple times to give us a status on the parts availability, and came out first thing the following morning. I would never recommend this company for any service in the future."
