"Steve did a wonderful job installing our new septic system. Even when he discovered bed rock and we asked him to change locations for the tank, he always had a workable solution. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we had the system we needed for our home. My wife and I are very satisfied with the job Steve did and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Also, Steve's brother Matt with Double T construction out of Midland did an awesome job of jackhammering the bedrock for us on short notice so we could get the tank set. Thank you, Matt!"

"When we called, needing some septic work done, Mr Tatum was kind enough to try to fit us in to his schedule and said he would be there early in the day, but for 2 days he just made promises that he was coming while my husband waited. On the first day, he finally dropped off equipment at the end of the day and said he would be back the next morning. He did not show up until late afternoon the next day because he said that he had another customer with an emergency (which is understandable) but we never got a phone call to let us know. We were just stuck waiting again, all day. When he did show up, he got in the backhoe to dig down to our septic pipe and worked for a short time. My husband kept pressing him on a price for the job so finally, he called us later that evening to let us know the job would be $2,500, which was a ridiculous price for what we were asking him to do. When we questioned his pricing, he became defensive and rude. The next day, my husband let him know we just wanted to pay him for what he had completed so far and that we were done with him. He was at our place when my husband got off work to collect his money and he was combative and rude. He has great equipment and he might know what he is doing, but he has terrible customer service and ethics."
