"DOES NOT DELIVER WHAT YOU ORDER. Paid Cantex out to install a window in April 2023. When they showed up to install, the window didn't fit because they ordered/cut the wrong size. Since they had already removed my old window, they put a temporary window up and did a very poor job on installation. I was told they would come back when the new, correctly sized window was ready. 5 months later (September 2023), I had to call them to check up on the status of the window. They scheduled a new install date, however the day of, I was told they had to reschedule again the following week. On the day of the new rescheduled date, I was once again told they had to reschedule. At this point, I told them I was done waiting for my window and would like a refund. I was told I would receive a check within a week, however the check never arrived. I have contacted the company and customer rep multiple times with no response."
