"Our truck began leaking coolant and we brought the truck into get it looked at. Mind you we had a loaded trailer going up to Denver and Inland truck service told us that “it would be ready by the end of the week if we were lucky!” So we took the truck to Benitez Mobile Truck Repair, which is 7 mins from them! They had the truck ready and on the road within 2 hours! Seriously!! Something is wrong with the system!!! Inland you need to fix your system before you fix trucks that haul across the country!!"

"I can't say enough good things about my experiences with the Lubbock Inland Truck Parts and Service. Moving from over 2,500 miles away and unable to rent a UHaul one way, I rolled the dice and purchased a used UHaul truck for the trip. It was a 17' F450 with 158,000 miles. About 40 miles outside of Lubbock, I seemed to be having problems with my drive shaft. I limped the truck into town and got a hotel. The next morning I called a mechanic friend back home, and after some discussion we decided that the best course of action was Inland Truck Parts and Service. I'M REALLY GLAD I WENT THERE. While I was waiting, they were super friendly and accommodating. They let me make myself at home in their waiting area, and were super pleasant and professional. The problem turned out to be the differential, and parts would need to come from Austin. They called around to the other reputable shops in the area and couldn't locate parts either. They anticipated many of my questions and presented a thorough analysis. When I informed them of some additional, outside constraints (like work schedule and family obligations), they seamlessly added these elements to the problem solving process and worked with me to find a solution. In the part of the country I was moving from, I would likely have been told in a rather insincere and indifferent matter, something to the effect of, "Good luck with that. " Instead, the people at the Inland Truck Parts and Service, (especially Mr. Carlos Rodriguez), all realized that the problem they were trying to help me fix wasn't my broken truck-- it was me trying to satisfy all of my requirements, and the truck was just a means to do so. They didn't focus on the truck, we worked together to focus on the big picture. Ultimately I ended up flying home. They took me to a store so I could buy a locking case for the pistol I was travelling with. They took me to a restaurant so I could eat. They gave me a ride to the airport. Then they fixed my truck once parts came in, and even checked/serviced all of belts, plugs, filters and liquids. They did everything they could to help ME, not just fix the differential of my truck. I flew back two weeks later to finish my trip. They picked me up at the airport (after hours), drove me to the office, and got me on my way. The final bill was MORE THAN FAIR. They made great efforts to properly fix the truck, as cost efficiently as possible, and to make sure the rest of my trip would be successful. They were ALL genuinely nice, friendly, and NEIGHBORLY. It kind of made me wish that I were moving to Lubbock.... Again, I can't say enough good things about the people at the Lubbock Inland Truck Parts and Service-- especially Mr. Carlos Rodriguez.... Many thanks. I recommend them, WHOLE HEARTEDLY."
"Just a shout out to Kerry and the crew who helped me get back on the road quickly in my RV pusher after breaking down late Sunday. First thing Monday morning I was ushered into a bay and they got right to work. Great techs, great service, great price. Thank You!"
"Always have been helpful answered the questions I had and explained. Service manager is a stand up guy with a lot of years experience behind him . Over the whole business there the GM in Lubbock is willing to help good customers for a fair price . Communication with what you expect and following up going over what’s been done is a must with any shop and ensures a happy customer at the end of the day . And the team at inland has made me a loyal customer as they have done 2 drive lines for me and a 2 trailer fixes and I’ve always been happy leaving my equipment with them . ThAnks Inland"
