"I have been with Bank of America for decades and they are no longer customer centric at all. If you work, commute to the city, and are looking for a bank available when you need them: skip this bank. The new location at 1463 in Fulshear is open 10am -4 pm five days a week. No late Fridays, no Saturday. And in fact I just went in during lunch and I was told by the manager greeting me that the only (!) teller was out for lunch which the manager thought was fine. It was suggested I could use the ATM —which is obviously what the Bank thinks in addition to online is the way of banking. Dear BofA you ask what I want the Power to do? It is to have you remember who your client is and learn we could use hours and attitudes that reflect you care. Skip the fake Power slogan as we obviously have zero power when we bank with you. So if you do care—get back to service! You all seem intent on everything but that."
