"I had what at first seemed to be a simple screen replacement that needed to be done. The problem turned out to be much more complex. Between the store in Midland and the one in Abilene, they were able to determine the problem and then fix said problem. It seems simple, but it involved quite a number of people in various locations and 3rd parties getting involved. Any other place would not have gone through all of the trouble and headaches. They (Mike - Midland and Daniel - Abilene) bent over backwards to correct the problem and get my phone back to me. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever have another issue with my phones or tablets, I will be bringing them here."

"Mike is the real deal. His customer service is exceptional. I brought in my iPhone 11 for a charging port repair. The repair went awry. I was having all kinds of issues with my phone after the repair. The reason why I am still satisfied with my experience is because of Mike. He gave me a new phone after I explained all of the issues following the repair. They made multiple attempts to fix my phone, but it wasn't working. I don't have much to say about their repair service, because they did not repair my phone and it was practically unusable afterwards. That is just the honest truth and something you might need to take into consideration. But, I am satisfied because I feel that Mike made it right and treated me the way I would hope to be treated. He is the real deal, and I haven't had as good customer service almost anywhere else in Midland. Battery Joe may need to work on their phone repair services, but their customer service, at least with Mike, was honest and exceptional. I appreciated it."
