Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

"This is the worst bank I've ever been to. First of all, their hours are trash. The lobby and the drive-thru both closed at 4:00? That's an hour before most people get off work so you'd have to leave work early just to come use the bank. And the tellers and manager are rude and clearly uneducated. Whoever decided to let the idiots at this branch work with the general public and their money obviously doesn't understand customer service or general social skills are two major factors in the success of a business. This branch is the epitome of why no one wants to use Bank of America anymore, and why their stock has been falling consistently. If anyone in the company has any kind of common sense whatsoever this Branch should be the first one that they close out of any other in the whole country. Yes, they are that bad at what they do here.."
