"I needed an outdoor water faucet replaced, I spoke with several plumbers about the cost of such a repair and Jay Young was the best price and was recommended by Angie's List; so I made an appointment. The technician, John was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job. A few days later my air conditioner wasn't cooling and since I had such good luck before I called Jay Young's again . Phyllis was super sweet and sent Raymond my way eventhough it was late in the day. Raymond and Michael fixed the problem and within an hour I had a cool comfortable house. This plumbing company does quality work for a fair price. I'm glad that I found them through Angie's List."

"Not the usual company I use. I had them come out over Thanksgiving break (I understood and extra charge for holiday) , which was great, and after a hearty fee they got my heater working again. The guy never came inside to check the thermostat. I had to call him back a few days later and they charged me $100 to push a button on my thermostat to get it to decently work. Fast forward to now...my air conditioner wouldn't come on. I called the usual company I use. They found out that the guy didn't connect all the wires correctly, some weren't connected at all and it was a complete mess! And that he set my thermostat up incorrectly (for that extra 100 bucks). the company that fixed it didn't even charge me labor for having to come and fix the problem with ANOTHER company!"

I had several issues going on that were underneath the house in addition to issues with my water heater and several drain problems.
