"Poor Customer Service. More conversations about their lunch plans than attention to Customers. Little to no effort to help present solutions to customers. I've had Frost for 22 years now, and I am so disappointed in this Branch in particular and the actual product. Low grade fraud protection and terrible security measures! Got hacked and people were stealing from other accounts and dumping into my account. Frost had zero urgency or communication on this. And now they don't have anything in place for international spending. Frost is ancient and is not up with the times."
"I love Frost Bank, I've been a customer for decades so were my parents and grandparents. But like everything else ever since the pandemic started, service is a nightmare. I just think they can do a bit better for customers. HELP"
"Went into this location pulled into the parking space and Krystal was holding the door for people to come in. I was lollygagin getting out of my van. Because the car behind me was hit. I was not involved in the accident, everyone is ok. Thank God. Krystal did bring everyone water and invited everyone into the branch to wait for San Antonio police to come and get statements. Shout out to Krystal the teller."
"Frost bank is your go to Texas bank, they still feel like a bank, what do I mean? Walk in most banks and you are looking at a Mac machine, oh excuse me an ATM, money access center for the youngins, that didn’t live before computers. Banks with tellers and loan officers and desks with plants, one of the coolest places back in time was going to a bank, lol because that’s where you get money to start a business, get a house or a car, everything was more special, interesting and yes fun, I hope Frost survives the economic crash coming to a theater near you! I have a feeling on the other side, we are going back to the way some things were, dress for success!"
"This is the only Frost bank thus far that doesn't make you feel welcomed. I deal a lot with the motor bank drive through and the employees are never friendly. They make you feel like you are bothering them. They don't say Thank you once the transaction has been completed. I have been a member since 1989 and this location on Culebra Rd 78251 is the only Frost that I have issues with. Upper Management needs to address this issue."
