"Just moved into this house in Seminole. Was given their contact by the listing real estate agent. Called them and the first words out of their mouth was that they are too busy this time of year and not taking in new jobs. When I explained that we had been provided their info because they had serviced the hot tub in the past they again said “Yea looks they contacted us a while back and we were too busy to take the job.” Guess they really don’t want any new customers. I will not be one. Thanks anyway."

"Docs was called out to clean our pool, and also help us diagnose and hopefully fix our pool heater. When he first arrived he immediately said he was going to replace a pipe, but didn’t say why. We let them start to clean the pool, I came Out twice to see how things were going.When I went back out, they were gone. We did not get communication on our pool being cleaned, what was added etc. We also were not told what was going on with the heater.I called, and was told they weren’t sure what was wrong with the heater and that they’d call me back. We did get a call back, but was told things they wanted to do, without explanation of why it needed to be done, but had let them know we’d contact them at a later time to have these things done. ( which we will now, not be doing.) I then went to look at our pool, which was not the condition I would think it should be after being cleaned.I contacted Docs and let them know, and sent pictures and was told that it was because we hadn’t maintained it. (it’s in indoor pool.) They also advertise one time cleanings, as well as cleaning pools as dirty as a lake.Our water was clear, the pool and filters just needed a good clean.Instead of offering to finish the job, and clean the pool we were emailed a bill and got left with a dirty pool. The pictures I posted are what we were left with AFTER Doc’s cleaned it.As you can see, it’s not very clean.Now we have to pay for a un-finished job, and a vacuum to do the job they were paid to Do. I would not suggest them.My kids are super bummed, as they had hoped to be playing in the pool already."
