"Filed my taxes early March. Fred pre filled my taxes for me (wrong and missing information) and sent to another agent to fill out a part because I am coming from another state. When it was finished it was sent back to Fred for final review to send it off to the irs. I waited 2 months and called the office for them to tell me he never sent it to the irs so I waited another month and finally got my federal tax refund. Then received a letter in the mail from the irs saying my state tax information was filed wrong. Went to a different office to fix it and still about to be July my state tax is on hold. But I am glad while Fred was filing my taxes half the time instead of focusing on the paper work he was talking to my 5 year old son about bananas. Thank you Fred"
