"Notified my prescription was ready for pickup. Got there at 1:45. Couldn't get the prescription because lunch time. Poorly managed! It would be different if this was posted when you told me to come pickup my prescription! Last time I use Costco pharmacy!!"

"I switched to Costco pharmacy after having nothing but trouble with my previous pharmacy (see my review) Since switching (about 2 years ago), I've had maybe two problems, and each time, Costco pharmacy took care of it. Everyone here is kind, helpful, and most of all, competent. They will find you the best price on your meds. One time they saved me over $100! They clearly care about their customers. When I walk up, it's "Hi Mrs. Kelly, who are you picking up for today?" Seems like a small thing, but it shows they value you as a customer enough to remember who you are. It's by far the best pharmacy I've ever used, beating Shopko by a hair... because their text system is fantastic. The only real negative (and it's not a deal-breaker) is they do not have a drive-thru."

"My doctor's office wouldn't send over a refill and the pharmacist was extremely patient despite contacting the MANY times. She also knew exactly who I was when I called to get the next refill. Whatever they are paying this woman....give her a raise. Not only does this Costco have great prices on prescriptions, it has a great staff."
