"I have Bern an H&,R Block customer for 40 years but I will never use them again!!!!. The Saginaw TX office screwed up my return by forgetting to attach important documents. I called them to fix it I was told I needed a phone appt. When I called for the spot the nasty rude receptionist told me I need to call ( I was 5 minutes early). I called back and was constantly put on hold or hung up on. Called another office in Lake Worth was told by the Supervisor to give her 10 minutes she can fix it. Well she never called back and when I did finally get her she was short with me. 340 bucks to and 40 years and they were rude and nasty. I'm not significant because I'm one customer but there are more tax professionals who would be better more professional human beings"
