"I will never use Jackson Hewitt again. I have been going there for years and never had any problems until this year. I was charged two hundred and seventy nine dollars and when I asked why she couldn't tell me because she didn't know. The only reason I payed it was because I had to get it done. And I always have it taken out of my taxes return but she didn't know how to do that either. So then I had to come back on Saturday because I didn't have enough of money to pay for it at the time. So when I came back on Saturday after I got off work it took her about one hour to get my payment to go through. I just don't know how I only paid 40 dollars last year and it was more than twice as much this year. And I talked to someone a day or so after and they told me they would call me back but never did."
