"My first visit to Green Bay COSTCO. Not the easiest store for out-of-towner to find but worth the effort. Typical layout and well stocked with merchandise. Expected a larger range of sales items given the time of year. Ended up with more impulse items than I needed which, I guess, made it a successful visit."

"Signed up for a membership in December because I saw online they had a deal, get a $40 shop card for new members….didn’t realize they make it almost impossible to get that shop card!!! We asked twice at the customer service desk how we get the shop card and both times we are told we would receive something from Groupon after a month of waiting I call customer service and am informed we were supposed to put in a promo code in and we didn’t so there is nothing they can do for us?? Who wants to shop at a store that makes it so hard to get the deals they offer?!? Also my husband is a veteran and went through the process to get the veterans discount for membership card and all looked well on our end. I guess not, apparently you need a code for that discount as well?? I’m guessing they make it confusing on purpose so they don’t have to dish out money."

"This Costco has great service and is always pretty well stocked. It’s usually busy but not crazy busy like most Costcos. The food court here is as good as other Costco food courts. The management seems pretty chill here in a good way and the employees have always been super helpful. This Costco has been great for all of my bulk shopping."

"Out of sweet condensed milk, really? Not as many organic fruits and veggies as I was hoping for. Wish the aisles were set up like Sam's. All baking items in one spot instead of scattered all over over. Employees didn't have a clue on where some items were. Good prices on certain selections."

"Never a bad experience here. Sometimes items are shuffled around a bit but not too hard to find. The checkout system is incredible so don't fret at long lines. They move incredibly fast!!"
