"The worst staff and management ever, we will never buy Samsung products based on the appalling lack of service and professionalism at the hands of this awful crew. They were literally a nightmare to deal with. The worst O have ever seen. I am in touch with their corporate office and I will have reported this store to the Better Business Bureau, The State Secretary Office and the FTC, the so called manager refused to give me his full name and claimed there was no one more senior than him to talk to. Well, I have found them. Not one smile, friendly approach or listening ear. Their whole purpose was to not help me and make me leave. I was called a liar too. I will continue to report these nasty folks until my issue is resolved and I bought an IPhone the same day, their non working trash phone was disposed ."
"Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean shop. I was sent to them by the company I have my cell service through. The young man said unfortunately with the problem I had with my phone, was an issue that they were not able to help me with. He gave me very helpful information about a 3rd party business that could help me. I was happy that I didn't need a new phone! So thank you to the young man at Samsun Care Service."
"Brought my 6 month old Zflip 4 in as the pixels started to die on the fold/crease a few days ago. Phone is well within warranty period and this would be the first claim on it, was told by the employee there that they would not cover it and their service tech claimed it had additional to the hinge and I would have to pay $349 for coverage (pictures attached of so called damage, just some surface level scratches). Took it to T-Mobile who immediately covered it via warranty and said they saw ZERO damage that would cause a warranty claim to be voided and that the dead pixels were obviously a warranty issue and not caused by any negligence or damage on my part, they simply couldn't understand why Samsung Care would not cover this obvious manufactor defect."
"I brought my Z3 Fold in because the screen protector for the inner (folding) screen was starting to bubble pretty badly, letting dust get between the film and the screen. They were very helpful, and warned me that my screen might have been damaged by the bubbling protector. If I was okay with a possible bad outcome, they could try to fix it anyway. Expectations appropriately managed, I asked them to do their best. Long story short, they did an excellent job and only charged me $20 for the parts and labor. My badly abused phone looks new again. This location has a lot of Samsung products that you try hands on, so good for repairs and for checking out the new stuff."
