"The carpet was clean but the technician also stole $60 out of my purse. I filled a police report and now I am waiting. I would not trust them at all. My son informed me he seen the tech go inside of my purse. When I check 15 minutes after he left my money was folded and all that was left was 2 of my 5 bills. STILL FOLDED. Still haven’t found it. Only me and my son live here I am new to Dallas so I don’t have company and right before the tech came exactly 20 minutes before the tech came. I just took the money out of the ATM and followed to get a money order to pay him. So basically I paid $125 for a one bedroom carpet cleaning. Morals and ethics are so hard to find and Christmas is next week and I can’t beliebe the robbery I experienced"

"Horrible customer service!!!! I got a cleaning due to renewing my lease. The gentlemen’s with the tattoos that came was the rudest person. I only asked for the living room to be cleaned. He was legit here for about 2 minutes then tried to rush off. I had to hurry up and grab his attention before rushed out of the door. I asked me did he clean under the funiture and he said no because they don’t move funiture which I understand. So I moved it so it could be cleaned. Again, he went over it once rushing off leaving spots. I asked him why was he rushing the job, he asked me why do I have an attitude. I told him that he was rushing my insuring the job is done correctly. He said he is not rushing. I showed him the spots he was missing. He asked me what do I want him to do. I asked for his name to speak with his supervisor. He told me no I’m not tell you my name. I put him out of my apartment. He left without saying a word. I WILL NEVER do business with this company again."

"Do NOT allow this company in your home!! Their painters broke my tv, tv stand and decorative screen and the owner Jeremy refused to pay for the damages his crew did. They were hired by my apt complex to repaint my apt and now I'm stuck with around $1500 in damaged furniture. I'm a single woman who has been sick for more than a year and I spent several months saving up to purchase a new tv, which is now destroyed. The beautiful decorative screen my late husband and I picked out together and he purchased for me is also now ruined. They show on their website they are insured and bonded but they don't pay when their crews break your stuff. I have given the owner Jeremy plenty of time to pay and my apt manager contacted him as well and he still refused. So DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OWNER WHO HAS NO MORALES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! You'll Have to go to small claims court to get your precious belongings paid for that they ruin due to their negligence."
