"I have went twice at 1130pm 1 cashier 1 bagger- self checkout closed no one at service desk. Line all the way down to aisle 9. The cashier exhausted but still pleasant and smiling at 12am. He is a long time loyal employee who is at the mercy of bonus racking managers who forecast this. On the eve of mothers day, he was by himself with 20 people in line wait time was exhausting and same happened last night. A giant like Jewel Osco who is supposedly a handicap friendly employee uses them to max and gets a bunch of “non handicap” people to boss those around like the ladies at our friendly service desk here. Put some more people on the register! Or leave the check outs open! You say your open till 12am so provide fully till 12am!"
