"ACCREDO IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. They are run by drunken toddlers for real. I have spent 6 months and a total of 23 hours on the phone with them trying to pay a bill (I HAVE THE MONEY) and they won't accept my payment because of 100 different excuses. 1) They have a computer outage 2) they are upgrading their systems 3) the only billing expert who can help is not available. 4) we will call you back - they never do. 5) they are never able to get the information they need to process my claim. 6) they threaten to put me in collections but I am willing to pay - they just say that they cannot process my payment because of technical problems on their end."
"I feel just like the others in this review. I cannot get my prescription on time ever. I miss so many days and am on the phone each time looking for my RX. I do NOT know how they are still in business. I called a month early (my RX is for 3 months) and still today I am without 4 days in a row. Take warnings people. The price isn't worth the hassle."
"Every month I schedule the delivery of my medications. Every month I get a call saying it will be delivered on a later date. Every month I spend hours on hold on the phone waiting to talk to supervisors. They have never gotten my medication to me on the date scheduled. This time, I’ll be out of the country for a month, likely without my medication because of their incompetence. Hopeless company. We will see if they at least run the prescription cost through my insurance and copay assistance program since it’s the start of a new year. Ahhhh"
"I have been trying to clear up a billing issue since 7/2022. Accredo did not send my co-payment assistance bill within the proper time frame so the company rejected the claim. Accredo acknowledged their error but, I am still receiving monthly past due bills for $1900!! I feel I am definitely being harassed. Every month I have to call the company never speak to the same person am told even though the calls are being recorded their not allowed to listen to any previous calls I made regarding this matter they can only see brief notes in the computer. I’m sure after almost 2 yrs there must be more than brief notes!! Hopefully this can be resolved in 2024."
"ACCREDO IS THE WORST COMPANY PLEASE DONT EVER SWITCH TO THEM! My daughter has been on a specialty pharm medication that needs to be shipped on ice for 3 years before going to college, our local specialty pharm was not allowed to ship to California, so my insurance (Express Scripts) said my only other choice was to transfer her Rx to Accredo since they ship across the US. It has been a complete disaster ever since. They have an on-line refill app that never works, you are not allowed to order too soon but if you wait, you can't change the shipping date to the date you need without calling. It takes 4-5 days every month of calling and escalating to supervisors to finally get the order processed to ship and by then they have to ship overnight. Every month it is a different story and no one can explain the root cause. This month we tried to refill her dose on Tuesday via the app (told to call), on Wednesday it was approved but it was too late to overnight, so it set to arrive on Friday. When it never arrived on Friday, I called back (after on hold, hung upon on, and finally speaking to a supervisor) they said my insurance changed so the order was not shipped. No one ever informed us, even when they ask your number in case of disconnection, they never call you back. I have been with the same company for 33 years and I am a nurse, so of course my insurance has not changed. They apologized and re-processed the order but I called back today (Sat) and it is still not approved and there was no one to escalate to because the pharmacy is closed. So now my daughter is left without her medication for a full week because it is a holiday weekend. We are switching everything back to our local specialty pharmacy. ACCERDO leadership is criminal; withholding life changing medication because the company is so poorly managed."
