"After seeing great reviews I decided to take my dr’s advice and check them out for my new prescription. The woman at the front desk was rude with a delightful touch of racism. I simply transferred my medication. Maybe it was a bad day for them, or maybe I was the wrong color. Either way, I’ll let my pcp know that her recommendation did not live up to the hype. Regardless of what older reviews show. *Update after they responded: Um there was literally no rush...?"

"I received a compound for minoxidil and finasteride for my scalp, and they only filled the bottle to 1/4 of the volume for a 30 day supply. When I called in to tell them about the bottle is virtually empty within the week, rather than say “say no worries, we may have underfilled it, just come in and we’ll refill it based on our error” they insinuated that I overused/misused the product. In one week? Poor service and finger pointing. Never going back."
