"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had my tax forms dropped off 4+ weeks ago for them to be processed. I then, struggled to get ahold of Tina because she does not work on a timely matter or likes to reach back out. (Not the first review to point out the lack of punctuality)After a handful of calls this week, I finally got Tina on the phone. She then messages me, stating that I missed a tax form that I clearly remembered having put together since I am in the process of buying a house. I had asked her to check to see if it was misplaced and she gets upset with me! She had put the blame on me, did not take any accountability, and then gives me an attitude. When I had gave her feed back on her services, she tells me I can take my business elsewhere. I was being polite, respectful, and patient the whole time. I would have continued to do business just because at that point, I had waited so long, and I just wanted them done. Unfortunately, her lack of accountability along with no apology showed me there was just simply a lack of professionalism…How disappointing"
