Walgreens Pharmacy

"Came to get a prescription filled. They were a little busy, the cashiers/techs were fine, but pharmacist, morin odeesh, was the worst. Extremely rude, negligent, and disrespectful. He made several HIPAA violations during our interaction. He is prejudiced/racist as well. After my bizarre interaction I went to the store manager, Caroline, to explain the situation. She agreed that moron odeesh was extremely inappropriate and was going to write up a complaint about him as well. He was also rude to her when she inquired about what was going on. She was apologetic to me which I appreciated, but walgreens cannot have a racist negligent pharmacist, morin odeesh, on staff that violates HIPAA regulations."

"Pharmacy is slow. Getting prescriptions that are already called in should not take long to pickup. Get better organized."

"Do not depend on the pharmacy for anything. Always out of stock of things. Takes over 24 hours for them to inform you they are out of stock. Will not tell you if something is in stock if you call in."

"Terrible pharmacy. My child's prescription was called in 48 hours ago. They still have not filled it and the pharmacist went on break when I came here to get it on my lunch hour. What a pathetic pharmacy. Why are you in the pharmaceutical industry? If you're not going to take care of patients, the way you should. The day Walgreens goes under is a better day for America."

"Their pharmacy is so slow no matter if you go in or use the drive up. Also, I recently had an appointment to get a flu shot, which I was late for because they took so long to get through the line (even though I got there early) and was then told that it would be at least 30 more minutes before they would get to it because they were busy. In the end it was over an hour after my appointment time that I got the actual shot. The employees are fine but management or something is sorely lacking."
