"A pharmacy staff attended to me awhile ago around 2:00pm.This is my first time to encounter a pharmacy staff who is supposed to attend politely with compassion, seniors refill their meds. I was frustrated to hear your staff who’s rude to say it’s not her job to look for Walmart phone & follow up the transfer of my medicine from my previous pharmacy. She’s not supposed to work as a customer service attending to sick seniors."
