"Very nice beginner to mid level course.located on a well kept park. Even in December it had around 10-12 players on the.course. Fun and easy to find location."
"This course is uneventful. I wouldn’t complain if I lived within ten minutes of here and needed a place to do some field work but as a Ledgestone course it is boring in comparison to the other courses in the area. Every shot was open with little to no obstacles. Course is forgiving and allows one to grip it and rip it on many holes. You can also practice forehands and backhands on just about every hole should you feel inclined to do so. I can see this course being a good one to play at night if you do not want to lose a disc. We used this as a warm round prior to heading to other courses and one challenging aspect we dealt with was the wind. With the variety of elevation throughout the course and the lack of trees shielding the course, we were getting some odd wind turbulence from different angles. There are also a few homes with fences backed up to the course that could cause issue with errant throws and retrieving your disc should you go out of bounds. Overall the course was well kept and clean for mid-March. Concrete tee pads and signs were in good shape. Signs are simple and show O.B., Par, and distance between the one tee pad and one pin position for each hole. Although there is room for additional pin positions, I highly doubt it would give the course a different feel each time you visit. There is also a course map at the start of course but seems hardly needed with the course so open you can see the next tee pretty easily. There was one area where water flowed down to the tree line that was borderline sloppy and could be worse after heavy rains. Course is cart friendly too. There are also walking paths going through the park and require caution before throwing on some holes. There were several people using the paths on an early Saturday morning in March. I suspect the number increase as the day progresses and the weather gets warmer. There were no noted bathrooms in the vicinity of the course and garbage cans were placed mostly along the walking paths. I would not drive out of my way (no more than 20 minutes) to play this course on a regular basis. I’d only visit this course if I lived in the neighborhood nearby. It took 5 of us 90 minutes to play one round. There was no one else on the course when we arrived at 9:30 a.m. and one person showed up as we left. Again, a good warm up course, night course and field work course otherwise it is nothing to write home about."
"Love this local course. Great place to get a round in after work without have to worry about getting too dark or finding your disc. If the kids get tired they can go play on the playground. Full sun so bring some water. Minor elevation changes make this a very accessible course for all. Well marked and maintained. Thanks Washington!"
"Honestly what is there not to like about this park? If I were moving to this town, it would be a huge positive influence on my decision. It's a huge park with lots of options for various sports and surrounded by great, well maintained neighborhoods. Love it, especially the big open disc golf course. Good for practicing windy shots, too."
"I really do enjoy this course. It's deceiving, it looks easy, but it's got its challenges. With it being so open out there you can just let your disc fly, and have plenty of openness to practice a variation of shots with out much for obstacles. But the hills and wind create there own challenges. It's a very well maintained course. Defiantly enjoy coming out here, if you haven't been at least try it once."
