"This is a neighborhood Jewel-Osco, and the workers are very kind and polite to me. It is very close to my home, which makes it a very convenient location. We love this place."
"ZERO STAR !!!RUDE PHARMACISTS!!! The Older Pharmacist caused me to have a panic attack(I go for my mood stabilizer prescription to Regulate my emotions due to TRAUMA and MY ADHD medication). So for a pharmacist to lack compassion and communication is far from OKAY. The young man helping me was trying to apply my Good RX coupon and was having issues. Magdalena did not speak to me directly but instead just stated out loud “well she doesn’t have Insurance so that is her out of pocket” I’ve paid a similar balance at a different location so was confused as to why the balance came out to 300$ instead of the $80 I usually pay. I wanted to speak to her cause. I needed my medication and did not have 300$… because I NEVER paid that… She was being rude and getting frustrated because she couldn’t get the coupon to work which I understand but don’t let out that frustration on people who are coming to pick up MEDICATION… I was embarrassed; there were people in line listening.. the young man working started laughing at me with another client receiving her medication I could hear them mumbling.. I had a complete meltdown. I felt my knees giving up on me. I just started to have a panic attack and started to cry like a little girl...she tried to calm me down but seriously it was to late I already started getting fuzzy vision and couldn’t breathe...( the cameras will show that.) I tried to empathize but no im always the person to give the benefit of the doubt but disrespect should never be okay. it took me 30-1hr to leave the parking lot my panic attacks turn to manic attacks and it just ruined my day (I felt guilty.. I was sad and disappointed at my self because I stood up for my self..) .. I will continue to come to this pharmacy for my medication because I shouldn’t let people scare me away but will have my partner pick it up for me.. And if I need a doctors note for that I will provide it. People shouldn’t feel anxious picking up something that’s suppose to make them feel better with the fear of dealing with a situation like this. Edited: To everyone who left reviews regarding pharmacy there is a gov. Website along with form to file complaint."
"This is honestly the worst jewel. The produce section is very inconsistent and very dirty. I don’t think they ever clean those coolers where veggies are at. Watch the expiration dates! I constantly see stuff in the cold section that is expired. The meat coolers where they have all the raw meet are not cold enough. The chicken and pork are not stored at proper temps. Several times I had to throw out meat bc it smelled. Good spot if you need a few things but entire groceries for the week skip it."
"My review would be better if it weren't for pharmacist Denisa Incrocci. Both myself and people I know have all witnessed this woman being extremely rude not only to pharmacy patrons, but to the pharmacy staff as well. She is often cranky, short-fused, and simply gives the impression that she would rather be anywhere else than at her job. It's too bad, because the other pharmacists at this location have always been friendly and helpful."
"The two ladies who staff this pharmacy are very rude. I took my mother-in-law in to get her flu shot and they treated her as a second class citizen because she had Medicaid. First the lady told us that they do not take her insurance but I told her that the insurance told us this is the closest location that accepts her insurance for the shot. So they took her Insurance ID card and we waited 20 mins past her appointment. They brought the card back to us and told us that it was not valid. I told her that it is valid for a year and she snapped back at me "That not what the system said when I entered the number." I asked her to tell me which number she entered and she points to the phone number on the card. I pointed out to her that was a phone number and the number at the top of the card was the ID number. She took the card back and we waited another 10 mins and while we waited the Pharmacist asked me why she didn't have Medicare or something else (which is none of her business) but I told her that she was here on a visa waiting to get her green card so this was all she could get for now. She smirked and walked away and came back a few mins later jabbed the needle hard into her name and said "you are done" and walked away. I will never be back to this pharmacy again."
