"Your pharmacist turned me away for a covid 19 booster. I filled out the form online including all the questions regarding my health. I am immunocompromised which was clearly asked on your form. She turned me away with the reason that I was one week short of the 6 month timeline allowed for the booster. Do your pharmacist's even look at those forms? She didn't even give me a chance to inform her of my medical conditions. She treated me as if I was trying to scam my way in front of the line. She should be aware that she was neglectful performing her job."
