"I've been a client for over 10 years. I prefer Keith because he's direct and to the point. Cuts through the BS and let's you know when you're not keeping your commitments (I have a bunch of experience with that). Brilliant man and he will talk at your level which means explaining a lot of stuff I don't know. I have always felt welcome and even the "tough love" is deserved and welcomed. None of this "tell me how you feel" but I suppose you can go that way. One thing you'll have to get used to is about a 15 minute tardy allowance. But he's consistent so you can mostly plan for it. His assistant is outstanding. Sarah goes well beyond what you want and delivers what's needed."
