"This is as bad an experience as I have ever had at a pharmacy. Disinterested and unhelpful staff. Offer no guidance or suggestions. Poor communicators. It’s like I am troubling them to pick up my prescription. One of my two prescriptions was not filled because it was going to be filled by their warehouse and be ready the next day. I asked if they can transfer it to another location so I can get it today. The person left the desk, went and fulfilled the prescription, and brought it back ten minutes later. When I asked how, she said they had it in the back. It’s a nasal spray. They didn’t have to do anything but put it in a bag, but would not have done so unless I pressed the issue. Then I ask for some otc cold meds. They tell me I need to go get them in the aisle. The medicine is locked so I need to go back, waiting in line, and then ask the same tech to go unlock the case. She knows this but again didnt say nothing. Poor service."

"It's a overall a close location for me but I always regret going in there. The seem to have the most disinterested and irritated cashiers. These women have the ability to make you feel like you are really troubling them to ring you up. If I can I go to the one on Roosevelt and County Farm because the staff there is 100 percent better."
