"This is about affordability. I loved the instructor Demitri. However, I was severely disappointed after my last “private” ( which lasted all of 15-20 minutes each day) only to be hit with the sales pitch and price tag. I have been in dance most of my life and in competitive sports..ice skating , gymnastics. I’m more than aware of cost. You can join for 588 or 1045!!!!!! Either 4 or 8/9 classes!!!!! The killer ,,.. you pay up front. No options… no monthly. Sorry, found another studio for 80/month. Sad because I liked it there. But I guess this is why older people only , no children. Dance classes shouldn’t break you. No other options except “a la carte” classes at 145 for each 40 min lesson. The intro offer was 75 for 2 privates ( 15-20 min depending on how much you talk). Had I’d known I would have kept my 75 because I believed I was buying into a great establishment. To clarify YOUR response….. I did NOT cancel last minute… I cancelled 3 hours due to flooding and weather. The following day , out of respect, called due to traffic but was commended by you I arrived at my exact time. The next day again, in time. I understand your instructors time yet you didn’t mention I had to wait as another was running behind. None of this was the issue and my only disappointment was lack of options with no explanation prior to those expectations. Sorry I am not one who has over a thousand to hand over all at once. You have a lovely studio but it would be nice to make it available for anyone."

"I came to the Katy Fred Astaire Dance studio not really knowing what to expect, but I have been blown away. This is such a fun place to learn how to dance without being judged. All of the instructors are super nice and amazing but I have to give a huge shout out to Nikki who has put up with us and our craziness. They have great group classes as well as individual and couple classes. They also have great social dance parties where you can practice what you have learned. They also have competitions if you are interested in those as well. They have classes from absolute beginners to the advanced, as well as male and female instructors. This is a fantastic place and I highly recommend them!"

"I felt very welcomed when I joined the Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Katy. Not only by the instructors, but the other students as well. I have learned so much in my private and group lessons and have had loads of fun! My favorite dances are the smooth dances such as Tango and Waltz, but my private instructor Damion - he rocks - has opened my eyes to the possibilities of rhythm dances too. I am working towards the Foundation level of the dance program so that I may one day be able to ballroom dance competitively. Cheers!"
