"Got a call saying my father’s prescription was ready so I show up only to be told they are still waiting to hear back from my doctors office… unbelievable. He has a surgery soon. They slack on communicating with the doctors offices! Do not go here if you have any serious prescriptions or you may be in a bad situation when you cannot get them"

"Truly deplorable attention and arrogant attitude, they made me wait 4 hours for some vaccines and when I asked why the wait was so long they only responded that they are working on them."

"I went to the pharmacy at 9:00 and the drive thru was completely empty. I had called a few hours before to get a refill and I was told by the pharmacist that I couldn’t receive my refill because there was “too many orders ahead of me”. They didn’t close until 10. Most ridiculous thing I’ve heard all week!"

"This is the slowest and worst Walgreens pharmacy on earth. Not only are they extremely slow but they won't even notify you that your prescription is ready and they won't even fill it until you go and pick it up. Which at that time they will tell u to come back at a specified time may be a couple hours for you to return and have them tell you they didn't even start filling it yet. At this time they will tell you that you will only wait 5 minutes but it will be 15-20 at the very least. And that's after you waited in their line of 10-20 people as well. And make sure that you have your insurance on file ahead of time or else they will help 5 other people before entering your insurance information and then they will ring your prescription up and give you the total without insurance where they will then ask you if you would like to give them the insurance you already gave them and then they will finally enter it .
