"I went in for a hearing test as ordered by my insurance company. Whenever I went in for the hearing test all went very well very knowledgeable staff very friendly. Upon finding out that my hearing test was just a hearing test and that they would not be providing my instruments or any of the aftercare that comes with it, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $25 for them to send the hearing test that was ordered by my insurance company to the person responsible for my hearing test. Again the hearing test was paid for by my insurance company to be sent to them. Why would I have to pay $25? I would not go here if I couldn't hear it all. Please beware they will take advantage of you. They have cost me additional time and energy that I do not need to use in a process that should not take additional time and energy to go for a second hearing test elsewher.e that won't hold it for ransom"
