"Surprisingly helpful and friendly!! I haven’t used a Walmart pharmacy in a few years. I have had a few issues in the past with unusual red tape rules, however it seems like, at least this Walmart, is very helpful and actually provides assistance in resolving any strange issues with filling prescriptions. They found my insurance information for me after I couldn’t find it. Normally I have my information always but my wallet was stolen recently. The entire pharmacy team was very friendly and totally exceeded my expectations. I needed a tetanus shot too so I figured I’d knock that out as well. This is night and day from Walgreens. You might be thinking which Walgreens. The answer is pick one. Better service than ANY Walgreens I’ve ever used. Walgreens nearby wouldn’t even tell me if a medication I needed was in stock “for the safety of our employees”. I never heard of something so ridiculous. Better service than Jewel Osco too!! I called around to a few pharmacies. Jewel and Walgreens were useless. Jewel wouldn’t tell me when my past due prescription would be filled. Im transferring my other prescriptions here as well now. I would much rather give this Walmart Pharmacy my business. They don’t judge and don’t look down their noses at you. Actually, it’s the complete opposite. They treat everyone equally and with respect. I would highly recommend them over every other pharmacy in the area. Thank you for the stellar service!!"

"I think since the change in personnel at this pharmacy service has drastically gone down the tubes. Whether or not I get my prescription filled here or not will make zero difference to Walmart. But by going elsewhere I will not be subjected to the personnel power plays. Like being the only person standing at the counter for 14 min. and 5 people behind the counter looking busy that uncalled for. It’s not improving either."

"CJ at the Batavia Walmart Pharmacy was amazing and deserves a scholarship. She went above and beyond customer service to help me obtain an insurance price for a particular replacement prescription. She wrote out all the phone numbers and codes; all I have to do if go through the steps. I was successful. I switched prescriptions. Both that time and this time CJ was so kind and so sweet. I hope she is attending college, because she deserves a scholarship. She needs to run a pharmacy of her own."
