"This place is so slow! I guy in the drive thru window and after a 30 min wait I went inside to wait another 20 min before I finally got my prescriptions. They really need to hire more staff or get someone in there that knows what they are doing!"

"Was told after 10 minutes of sitting at the drop off prescription counter that they were closed for lunch and there was about 7-8 employees helping other clients but no one could take my prescription from me. Instead they told me they were closed for lunch come back after 1. I changed pharmacy right after that."

"Worst Pharmacy ever. They always have an issue with any prescription no matter the class or nature of the drug. Just know that if you go here, expect to encounter a hurdle or two... or four. Plus, they have the most imited variety of insurance carriers that they accept. I have Blue Cross and Blue Shield and they told me that they don't accept that. I've literally never heard that anywhere, as that's the largest and most widely known health insurance provider at least in the state of Illinois. The pharmacy tech employees are always disgruntled and rather bothered that they have to serve a customer on top of all that other fun stuff. It's just a total pothole of a pharmacy as you always incur some sort of inconvenience or damage. Avoid. Go to Walgreens or Jewel-Osco or Walmart. Hopefully they go out of business like all of the other CVS's and just disappear."
