"Expect to wait in line for 40+ minutes inside or outside with more than 3 people ahead of you. This location needs to hire either more competent pharmacy staff or hire more pharmacy staff."

"The pharmacist yet works on sundays twas very loud and rude to a customer with insurance that would not go through. Very loud like she was in a third world country. sworks on Sundays. It's very rude and very mean."

"Much better location than the Rollins / Cedar lake road store. Never have any issues with the lake villa store. The other location was always understaffed for their level of business."

"I called today to check on a prescription I needed filled I know that pharmacies have issues with the product being delivered so I asked the person on the phone if there was another Walgreens pharmacy that carried it and she stated "not to my knowledge' I asked can you check and it was like I was wasting their time. Horrible service just horrible."

"Went to drop off a prescription let them know my provider changed and provided them my card, they told me it would be an hour. This was at 12 I then came back at 2:30 and they told me the info my provider had wasn’t correct I called them and everything was fine. Then I go back and the pharmacy manager asked me for the same card I had provided at drop off and tells me because some of the info from the card was not entered it couldn’t be processed. Keep in mind this whole time I had to call my provider to verify. Then I ask the pharmacy manager Stephanie how much longer it will be, and with and attitude she tells me “to give her a minute because she’s the one taking over”. Better customer service at the one off of 45"
