"I called a moment ago to make an appointment for my son and was greeted with a cold and dry almost borderline rudeness from the woman answering the call. She didn’t initiate any questions except that next appointment wouldn’t be til December, umm, if this is any indication of how our visit will be?.,, I’ll pass☹️"

"I saw Dr. Neha Patel for a couple of years in 2005-6 She was discouraging about depressive woman getting pregnant. Instead of changing psychiatrist I continued w her while persuing pregnancy. She assured me that she'd continue prescribing my med which she assured to be safe for pregnancy. I did not want to quit depression meds because I was stable w it. when I was pregnant for a month I called her & she told me through staff to discontinue my med immediately because it was not safe. I never wanted to discontinue my med which was told safe before. I asked if I should discontinue slowly because I heard one just does not stop depr. meds right away, she answered immediately to stop all meds. After one week nerves hit me, i was cold & shivering & 2 weeks bleeding started. I had a miscarriage after another 2 weeks. When I asked her why did she discontinue my meds & if that could be the cause of my miscarriage she plainly refused & said that was not the reason. Women gets miscarriages for different reasons, but it was true i was v stable w my depression medication & not without it."
